never would i recommend this insurance to anyone. They dont care about anyone's well being except their own. I was pregnant at tthe time i was involved in an accident they refused to go over policy limits and an adjuster heather harvey from the phoenix location said who the h*ll did i think i was, another lady her manager yelled at me during our conversation i had to pull the phone away from my ear and i could clearly hear her getting angry. They didnt want to pay me for pain and suffering i hurt my back and i still cant do thing a normal 19 yr old should be doing there not a good insurance i posted to the fb page and they sent me a letter and im getting phone calls all of a sudden when i was trying to settle my claim it took them weeks to get back at me since ive been expressing my thoughts now there in a rush to speak to me about who knows what there full of lies take your money to a good company like am fam they will care and take care of you!!

Customer service is terrible. No one in that office talks to anyone else. The rates are extremely high. I would advise classes on how to deal with people. Phone calls and email's are frequently ignored.
