I am writing this review in tears. Hopefully, this will help save the life of your beloved animal. First off, the office staff are rude. You should expect to leave your animal in the car for the 30 minutes to an hour it takes to check in, because they don't allow pets in the waiting room. I took my dog in December 2014 to get neutered. He came home and the shoddy job they did caused his staples pulled through his skin and it opened up. I called Robinsons the day I picked him up because of the staples coming out and he was shaking uncontrollably like he was having a seizure (never did this anytime before), but it took them three days to call back! By this time, I had already made plans to bring him to my normal vet because two days after his initial surgery, his scrotum turned completely black, was swollen to twice the size that it was when he had testicles and it was oozing puss! I had to spend several hundred dollars when I had to take him to my regular vet in hopes that they could treat the infection($400 and counting). My vet told me that they get animals coming in after they went to Robinsons Rescue for spaying/neutering, regularly because their owner tried to save a few dollars. My labs infection was so bad, my vet had to do surgery on him to remove all the infection, put a drainage tube in and had to be put on three different medications. The vet said that he's pretty sure that my buddy will pull through this. I pray that he does and I can pick him up today. This place should not be open. Please do not take your animal here to save some money. If you love your animal, take them to a place that wont try to kill them.
