Horrible service. It was a very small accident..should have been repaired within two weeks. But we are going on six weeks. They still have our car. The owner, Christian, said at first it was the insurance company keeping them from letting them do the repairs. After a full month they told us it was the Japanese company that sent the wrong parts. I called the owner after they promised to have it ready tonight at 5pm.. they said it won't be ready till Monday. Christian the owner again gave me a lot of excuses.. then he said what is wrong with you? Making it my fault. I tried several sites to put a review..but somehow couldn't. There is no way they are a 5 star repair shop!

If you are involved in an accident - NEXT IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I rear-ended a car on a Tuesday, and my car was ready to go Saturday that same week! Normally, it would've taken until the following Wednesday, plus Christian cleaned my vehicle for me prior to pick up for free. Chris ordered generic parts to save me $, and was reassuring to me the night of the accident - his calm demeanor helped my anxiety because I was a nervous wreck. Fast and Excellent Service, Affordable Prices, and a feeling that each customer represents a person - I'm not just $$$ - I'm a human being and an individual, and all the staff at the NEXT treat you with respect, compassion, understanding of your stress. What more could I have asked for? (Besides not getting in a car accident). Skilled technicians work in a timely manner to get you and your car back on the road in no time. Chris was especially helpful to me. So, unfortunately, if you find yourself in an accident and your car needs of repair, go to NEXT!!!
