I can't say enough nice things about C & E Sprinkler. On more than one occasion they have immediately came to my residence, very polite staff with the customer in mind. Punctual, today Mr.Eastberg called to reconfirm my appointment, arrived early and before I could even fully explain the issue that I was having Mr.Eastberg advised me he knew what the problem was and in less than 15 minutes I was up and running. Economical with the customer in mind, honest and skillful. I am very thankful that we have a company that just seems to do everything right.

Had done 1 blow out for us last year. Called my husband to ask about some services for this year. Husband said he would think about it and get back to them. They showed up today and just started spraying for pests. He was angry I didn't get to the door fast enough (was in the restroom). I told him we didn't order any services and he got very verbally aggressive. He stated "What's up with this location? We always have problems with you." I said I didn't know what that meant...And he said something about the back gate always being locked. Funny thing, we don't have sprinklers in the back,
nor have ever used this company for anything besides the one blow out in the front yard. He made me so uncomfortable I shut the door. Then he sat there for another 15 minutes and left a $76 bill for what he sprayed without permission!

I had used C and E for three years. This year was AWFUL! I will not use them again. In the spring I asked to have them come out and fix the leak in my sprinkler box and then adjust my sprinklers. He only had time to fix the leak and told me he was too busy to finish the job. This fall I called and set up a blow out for while I was at work. Historically he has left a bill on the door. It was a windy day and no bill, so I assumed it had blown off. I called the next business day to inform them that I had not gotten a bill. The lady that answers the phone said that he often sends them out but she would check. Did not hear back. I called back and they were closed for the season. I left another message, never heard back. Did some research on my own and realized they had NEVER shown up for my appointment. I found another local company to come out and blow out my sprinklers but because of how late it was in the season, one of the stations is frozen and can't be blow out. If C & E could have called either time I reached out to them and told me they had not come out I would not be writing this, but I feel that they do not really care about their customer service and I recommend that you do not use them.
