David Crouse is a very thorough attorney. He is always professional, and maintains a perfect balance of patience, courtesy, and persistence – regardless of the situation. He made himself available, understood my issues, and developed a plan right away; ultimately negotiating an agreement that worked for everyone. I just wish I had hired him sooner.

This is really the finest family law firm in Spokane. I hired Heather Hoover to handle my child custody matter. She did a great job in court and I got the parenting plan that I proposed. I liked the fact that when Heather was on vacation, attorneys Doug Hughes and David Crouse were able to take my calls and do some declarations for my case. They are very skilled and professional. The legal assistants were really helpful too.

Hired Mr. Crouse back in January of 2015. He cashed a check from another attorney that was made out to me after I told him not to do so. He also misread orders costing me visitations and time with my kids. He forged my name on a restraining order that I didn't agree to. Also had me improperly pay child support leaving me in contempt of court. After all of this he withdrew from my case and then sent me a bill for $5000 for one court appearance $500 of that was for initial consultation. A consultation he said would be free. I also have numerous threatening emails from him saying he would break the attorney client privacy policy also threatened me not to post negative reviews. This review is accurate and honest. Unlike Mr. Crouse. DONT HIRE he scammed me and I'm sure he will continue to misrepresent people. STAY AWAY very far AWAY! Thanks for reading.
