I miss Pam being at the desk to greet everyone. She was always so kind and had a "hello" for everyone. However, I do like the addition of the Quick Lane concept. It has come in very convenient for me.

A-1 service department. Everyone is very friendly. The repairs are made efficiently and the customer is kept advised of the progress and approximate time remaining. They are very respectful of the customer and of the customer's time. I have had many cars over the years and have had many experiences with numerous auto dealer service departments, and I have never been more satisfied than I am with Subaru's service department. There is one local auto dealer where I would never purchase a car because of repeated bad service I experienced from their service department. San Henderson is a true asset to your service department and the mechanics are superior.

Everybody was really nice & the work was done right. They do the checks when doing an oil change. Found out one light was out & needed a new air filter. Good service.

The service department at Green Subaru is great. The number one asset in the service department is Brandon Stolleis. Brandon is always professional, cheerful, and he listens to the problem you are bring your car in for.

We found the vehicle on the Internet and called the dealer. Todd Nabb was the salesman we dealt with. He informed us about the truck and set a date to go look at the vehicle. He accompanied us on a great test drive to really get a feel for the truck and see if we had any concerns. He was very patient and helpful during the process. We agreed on price and services and ended up driving away in a new truck. There are a few things that need to be done so we will have to take the vehicle back for some minor service issues, however, Todd let us know they would give us a loaner car to use while the work is being completed. Hopefully this can be done next week. We appreciated the professional way we were treated by Todd and Sondra. Thanks for the great experience. Jack and Pam
