They act as if their from facebook support and say someone has hacked into your account. You give give remote access to your computer. they call you back and tell you the computer has been hacked and there is malware and software on it. They tell they will fix all the problems for $499.00. They need your checking account info for payment, as they don't accept credit or debit cards. This total scam, they don't fix anything just take your money
