I have been waiting for my bed for over 2 weeks and then when New England Retail finally gets it they tell me I have to wait another whole week before they can deliver it because they are backed up. I am literally less than 4 miles from their location and they won't even let me pick it up. I have made a complaint with the company I purchased the bed with and told them if they want their reputation to he good to stop using this company. So needless to say I get to sleep on the couch for another week even though my bed is just up the street. Unbelievable they don't even deserve one star as far as I'm concerned
