      hopefully nobody needs good customer service over the phone because you wont get it here. what you will get is associates who will hang up on you. I havnt yet called to get one who wont. and please dont ask for the manager because they refuse to give this information and will promptly hang up. I give them a negative 10 ranking in customer service.
