Absolutely horrible. Never answers the phone, takes days to get a call back. If you need to cancel an appointment they require 24 hours notice, but if you call to reschedule they don't answer and don't call you back until after your appointment, then charge a $20 fee. I actually made an appointment less than 24 hours ahead, which would make it impossible to cancel 24 hours ahead! The owner is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She fought with me on the phone regarding their "cancellation policy". She told me that it was on their website and on Groupon. It was not on Groupon and they don't have a website. Take your business elsewhere. There are many other salons in the area that have friendly staff and are good at what they do.
