Excellent service and friendly staff. I have a boat at Perry Lake and needed tires and lights for my trailer. Big O got me in same day and gave me a great price. Firestone and Goodyear did not offer trailer tires same day. Thanks guys for the excellent treatment.

Excellent service! We were driving from Colorado to Indiana for Xmas and discovered a flat after a night in a roadside hotel. The Big O was only 2 miles away - in spite of the fact they were very busy (Saturday before Xmas) they managed to get our tire fixed in a very timely manner so that we could get back on the road. If I lived in Topeka this is where I would take my car to be worked on!

We had Been customers for 5 years bought tires for jimmy, ford f350 dully, 51 ford coupe, 5th wheel motor home plus 2 2007 Buick and a 98 Honda we have always had the cars that we drive to and from work oil changes and service there as well. I was on a set of tires for buick that had worned so bad they were going to have to be replaced had only had them on there for 12 months when they changed my oil I always had them rotated every other oil change when told about the tires wearing they needed to be replaces I was upset and ask why all of the times that they had aligned my car and rotated why was this not caught the tech admitted that they SHOULD have after several phone calls to Dutch the owner he said that he would sell me tires at his cost well I went somewhere else and had better tires for a heck of a lot cheaper than his cost with road hazard and 70,000 mile so I will not go back to BIG O I feel that we were not treated right and if they can do that to us after all the business they got from us they do not need our business I let everyone know what they done when talking about getting tires there UNHAPPY PAST CUSTOMER

I have had nothing but great service and help from the the people at Big O Tires and today they stood behind their product above and beyond what I've experienced at other tire places. I had purchased new tires with a protection plan from Big O Tires in March. Today (in December) I didn't realize one was flat so I drove on it and caused damage, thus voiding the manufacturer's protection plan (so frustrating!). Big O Tires stepped up and covered the cost of the tire. They lost money because they won't get reimbursed by the manufacturer, but they proved that they stand behind their products and put the customer first. I will keep taking my car to them because of this.

Is every one there a licenced driver? I think not, maybe they should do a physical check for proper documentations. It's only fair and safe to the general public of the city of Topeka.

I had went in to have my oil changed and looked at and my front tire to be looked at they did neither. My car is leaking oil now and and the tire is still going flat. My opion they did a awful job if they even did it. I am a very unhappy customer and i will never take my car there again. EVER!!!!! Spoke with the manager and they said to bring it back okay why would I bring it back again when you didnt fix the issue in the first place I will take it somewhere where the people know what they are doing and do their job right.
