Have used these people for years. The flowers are beautiful if you pick them up yourself but last two times we were there we were cheated. We ordered an arrangement in a book, paid 30 dollars extra for extra flowers, told them the colors and then I just happened to come and look at them before they were going to deliver them (decided we wanted to take them ourselves) and it was the cheaper arrangement, wrong colors, without the 30 dollar additional flowers!! They were going to deliver that to the church!! Shameful. So we went in and showed them the slip with the 30 dollars of additional dark flowers added to it and that we didn't want pink (the arrangement was 85% pink) They had the same slip and looked at it, We specified NOT PINK They didn't apologize, the woman who took the order wouldn't look at us (she's one of the owners) and then said they didn't have enough time to do it now so they would have to deliver it so, certainly they should pay for the delivery, but I got home and they charged my credit card!!

This happened once before with my husband but I didn't know until I told him this story and he said it was the same place!!!! So it seems to be their practice.
