I do not understand the bad reviews; we have been boarding our dogs here for 4 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. When we first moved to Tucson we needed to board them for 2 months and the staff could not have been better. They called to give us updates and when our beagle did not seem his usual self to them they immediately called us. When one of our dogs passed away last year the staff sent 2 condolence cards and everyone wrote such a personal note. I highly recommend At Home...they truly care about the animals.

Had to go out of town for a family emergency. The staff was terrible to me, and not understanding at all. Needless to say, will never board my pets there again.

I travel for work and use At Home Kennels a lot! It is my dogs home away from home. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. She loves going and is always happy and healthy when I pick her up. The staff loves animals and it shows. I don't know what I would do without them.

Took my dog there and he got VERY SICK. They DID NOT SEE TO HIS CARE AT ALL.. All they had to do is take him to my vet the bill would have been sent to me. I ask the owner about this and there was not even any concern not even a little What so ever. He had to have vet care for 2 weeks after his stay there. $250.00 in vet bills, HE WAS A VERY SICK BABY. The owners could have cared less.. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PET THERE AGAIN!!

I take both of my dogs to At-Home Kennels every time we go out of town. I also adopted both of them from there!

The people that work At-Home Kennel are so nice to our pets. They try to make them feel at home.
