I am rating Mr. Richard's electrician service for not returning phone calls ever. I do not understand why construction service business owners in Tucson do not return phone calls. I cannot rate the quality of his electrical work because he won't return my calls for the electrical work I'd like him to perform.

This company has experienced well informed people working there.
