Highly recommended shop. As a "slightly older" female, I am so fond of this shop because they do not beat around the bush when it comes to what my car needs, Shawn doesn't hesitate to explain to me what is needed AND why. I like that they take the time to make sure I understand what is going on with my vehicle and help map things out 1 at a time if I can't do everything at once. You know a place has to be good if the guy keeps telling you that included in the free inspection, "he's going to clean out the ashtray of loose change also" and I keep coming back! Haha, these guys really are awesome

I just got my truck back from Express Tune-Up & Lube, I cannot express enough how happy I am. I was referred here by the Napa parts store in Marana. Not only did Express let me bring my own parts, while they were fixing my vehicle they showed me a broken vacuum line and repaired it at no additional charge. They have a clean lobby, with snack machine and probably the best magazine selection I've seen in a repair shop. (not that I have any, but you could even bring kids with you if you had too, there's a small child's table with books, crayons & toys too) These guys don't hold back for customer service. Great job guys. I'll be back & referring colleagues of mine as well.

All I can say is WOW! I absolutely love this place. I read prior reviews on city search about Express Tune-Up and by nature chose them based on what was said about them. The people here are "down to earth" and like a family, while I was waiting for my car to have the tires rotated and my oil changed I got to talk to a couple of customers who also were waiting. I told the couple in the lobby it was my first time here and asked them their opinion, they said they've been coming here for 3 1/2 years & have never had a complaint about service or performance. I'd have to agree, even though I only had a basic service done and was in no need of other maintenance or repairs I was very happy with my experience. The guy in the office, Shawn was hilarious, when he walked out into the shop (the radio was on) he'd start singing (loudly) omg, too funny. I hope he doesn't quit his day job, lol. but seriously, I'm definately coming back when I need more work done, the atmosphere and environment are amazing and I've never had such a good time waiting for my car anywhere else.
