This business is not worth ordering ANYTHING from. They will say it takes 4 to 7 business days for you to receive your order. That's a LIE. Your suppose to get a conformation email regarding your purchase. That's a LIE. And the number on the receipt, your are suppose to be able to call and check on your order, but no one EVER answers the phone, but have a recorded message that states, to leave your name and number, plus your order number, and they will get right back in contact with you. That's a LIE. They do not answer phone calls, and they DO NOT call you back. I will be returning to the store to get back my money, and purchase shoes somewhere else. They are a complete waist of time. They shows a great deal of PROFESSIONALISM. And I will make sure to inform ANYBODY just how much it will cause a headache dealing with 'SHOE DEPARTMENT ENCORE'. Save your money, and go somewhere else. And what ever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from or through them.
