I came here as it is really convenient to where I work. BIG MISTAKE. They ruined a pair of leather heels I brought in to have them add rubber to the heel. Very basic, very easy, should have been no problem. Well after charging me $10 PER HEEL (which she failed to mention at the drop off, she quoted me $10.00 for the job), I realized she had DYED my shoes! They were a lovely light/medium brown leather and now they are almost black! She said she "polishes" all shoes as a added bonus. Really? What kind of "polish" darkens shoes 10 shades? Dye. That's what kind. Will never ever ever go back!
