I recently had work done on my pickup truck at this location. I waited for the repair work to be done, so had an opportunity to observe many areas of the dealership, which were all very friendly and professional. The work was finished in a timely manner and there were no other "SUGGESTED REPAIRS" that should be done. I go to Tustin Buick GMC for all of the GM parts. I don't know how big their inventory is but they seem to have most every part that i need in stock. I have had to have them order parts for me several times and have been surprised when they call me the next day to tell me that they have arrived

I have had Tustin GMC work on my last 2 Duramax pickups. There have been some factory problems but their mechanics were able to remedy the problems. The service personnel have been very courteous and friendly and whenever possible, they have given me a rental car while my truck was in for factory warranty or extended warranty repairs.

We've had our Yukon for two years now and have had all service done at Tustin. Though we bought it at another store, when we found out how convenient Tustin GMC was for us we dropped it off for our first scheduled maintenance and have never taken it anywhere else. recently brought my yukon xl in for some work was helped right away. very accomadating to my needs offered me a shuttle to work. was contacted on the needs of my truck and was given a priority as to why i should take care of them in that order. truck was picked up and was clean.

I purchased a truck here and have had my vehicles serviced here for more than 10 years. They were very accomodating when I was searching for a vehicle and service has been excellent ever since. I can't see taking my truck anywhere else.

I thought the power steering unit was going out on my Chevy Silverado but I kept putting off getting it taken care of because A.) I didn't have a good place to take it to get it looked out and B.) I didn't know if I wanted to sell a kidney to pay for it. A friend recommended Tustin as a place with a good and honest service manager so away I went. Turns out that it wasn't the power steering unit at all...it was low air pressure in my front tires. Yep, I are mechanical. Anyway they could have told me that the unit was out and sold me a new one or just aired the tires up, gone to Denny's and come back to tell me it was done. Regardless their honesty saved me a lot of money and earned them a customer for the life of this truck.
