I had a clogged toilet and called Petit Plumbing and they were able to come out that same day, and all the other companies I called could not get out until the next day. Todd the technician was very professional, came when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable about the problem and the solution. He found the problem and had it corrected in about 30 minutes. They are my new plumbing company.

Don't waste your money with this company. They talk the talk but can't produce. This company does not have the equipment or personnel to unclog a straw. Big bucks for them little results for you. Management does not return calls.

Provided great service and arrived right on time. The technicians were able to diagnose the problem and suggested several options for repair, but did not pressure me into one. Explained the repair thoroughly and showed me what was being done as they were working. Very polite and courteous. I will call on them again if every the need for plumbing exists.

Chuck came by to service our dryer vent. In spite of the circuitous routing of the line in the concealed ceiling, he was able to get an unbelievable amount of lint out of there. No way was anyone without the proper equipment and training getting that stuff removed to abate the fire hazard. He arrived on time and did a nice, thorough job at a good price. When the job was complete, he left the house as orderly as he found it. I highly recommend his services based on my experience.

I called because I couldn't get my water heater pilot light lit. Instead of charging me for a house call he said he would save me the money and walked me through how to fix it on my own, over the phone. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely to business with him because he clearly puts the customer first and acts with integrity.

I had a water heater changed out of my attic and they did a great job. Quick, clean and professional. I was worried about my white carpets, but I picked the right man for the job. I would definitely recommend them.
