The food is always excellent whether I eat in or get it to go. The staff is always attentive and courtious.

The restaurant is great!!! Is worth every penny you spend there :) Great food and great service..... recommend this place

The owner told us that he did not care that one of us in our party did not get her food until the rest of us had eaten. His solution was, "Just don't come back." Sad.

I've eaten at a lot of the Plaza Azteca locations (my fave is on Laskin Rd in Va Beach), and have not really been disappointed by any of them...except this location. It seriously is disgusting. The food is poorly presented, servers are rude and not very attentive, and the manager is a real s.o.b. I have to agree with the previous poster, that people get better service at McDonalds. But don't let this location be an indication of the others. I really do love the others.

If you want to eat horrible food with tiny protions for a lot of money and have ver poor customer service then you should definitely check this place out. Otherwise, DO NOT waste your time or money here. Not only is the food repulsing, you get very bad service and the manager "of thirteen years" is probably the worst at customer service. People get better treatment at McDonald's!

The place looks nice, but the horrible customer service and then the prices on top of that ruin the whole expierence. Don't waste your money.

My family and I love Plaza Azteca! They have wonderful food and great service.

The food is served quickly and very hot. The service is friendly. Most importantly the food is very tast and affordable
