We have been using this company for a few years. I have always spoken to Jake who was very nice. We are a small operation and we are in and out of the office. They tried delivering the water once and we were running late so we missed them. They didn't leave a note on the door or let us know that they were here. I had to call them to see when they were coming since it was almost closing time. When I spoke to Jake, he said they would come out two days later and would be there first thing in the morning. They did not come here first thing. Instead, they tried delivering at 11:45 when we had just left for lunch. When I called back and asked if we could setup a specific time, I spoke to Ike, who told me they would not make any money from us for at least a few deliveries since we were not here for those two deliveries and to leave the empty bottles in the hallway for them to pick up. I was shocked. Ike was very rude and kicking us after YEARS of service is very unprofessional and bad customer service. I would not recommend this place as long as Ike is still there.

I dont known that I could ever say enough great things about this company!!! First of all their water tastes phenomenal (and that's coming from a SERIOUS water snob!) and they are the most inexpensive in the area. But more than that their customer service is out of this world!!! They go above and beyond all of the time! Today, Friday, I realized I was at the end of jug 4/4 instead of 3/4 like I thought. We have an adult dinner party Saturday and a 5th birthday party Sunday with around 30 kids coming to my home. So to say that I screwed the pooch is a serious understatement. When I called to see if I could get same day delivery I really was preparing myself to go buy bottled water. BUT water h2ole came through and delivered in less than an hour!!!!!! Do yourself the headache and homework and just go with water h2ole! They are the best!!! Thanks to Ike and his crew for always being SO wonderful!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! I was referred by friend and when I spoke with Ike on the phone he was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the systems in depth. When I set up the appointment to have the R/O system installed their availability was very flexible, they were prompt, and everything was done to perfection. Ike performed a demonstration comparing my tap water and the new R/O system water and if you haven't had your water checked before you wouldn't believe the chlorine content of what you're putting in your body every day. Overall we could not be happier with our system and couldn't have asked for a more professional and experienced company to provide us service. -A very satisfied customer!

Jake and Ike are the cherry on the top of this excellent water. Their customer service is excellent, and stands out from what one typically experiences nowadays. I love the healthier water I get, the elimination of toxic individual plastic bottles, and the economy of the water. I pay less for a 3 gallon jug than I do for a 16 oz. bottle in the convenience store. And the 3-gallon jugs with the faucet on the side are perfect for my needs. I refer lots of my clients and friends to them. I've been using them for years and hope they never leave.
