I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had a horrible experience with this office. Went here to get wisdom teeth extracted and left disturbed, shaken and in tears. Never in my life have I has a traumatic experience with a dental office but this place really left me shaken.

Dr Rostami really needs to work on her bedside manner. I Wanted sedation but could only get local, while in office I was told" you should have written any medical issues on your patient paperwork " had the Dr looked at the paperwork thoroughly she would have seen that it was written on the paperwork. I state that its written and the Dr tells me it's not. [She could have said she didn't see it but she insisted it's wasn't written] Excuse me! I know what I wrote but I could have been mistaken so I double check and it IS WRITTEN ON THE Paperwork. If they read this review I hope they go look at the paperwork again.

They start to numb me with the local which was painful. I'm used to getting local anesthesia because I'm visit the dentist frequently due to other medical issues, it's never painful but it felt like she just jammed the needle in my gum.

The Dr proceeds to start the extraction and its painful again. I will admit that I have a small mouth opening but no other dentist have ever been so rough or couldn't work with it. It literally felt like she is ripping my skin apart trying to stretch my mouth open. Which she actually did. I'm left with a hole from where she ripped my gum tissue from aggressive and rough stretching.

We stop because its extremely painful and uncomfortable. Next the Dr says" I can't do it in this office go to the hospital where they can help you". Another example of poor bedside manner.

I left hurt emotionally and physically. They made me feel less than human because of my medical issues . A medical issue that I was born with and didn't bring upon myself.

If you want to spend way too much money for extractions, etc and a doctor with a poor management team and a fake demeanor and poor chairs idea skills, then this is the office for you!!! This office cares more about the money instead of the patient. The office looks fancy and clean, but that's all! The overall experience was cold and non-inviting!!! Would never ever go their again!!!
