This is the place to go in CT for the best care imaginable. I have lived all over the country and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a vet. Danielle and ALicia at the front desk are friendly, concerned and HAPPY. Something you usually don't see at any office nowadays. Dr. Richter spent so much time helping my baby and discussing the options with me - almost 45 minutes! The place is clean and looks like a room in your house. If I could only find a doctor for me who was like him.

When nothing worked I came in to see Dr. Richter. It turns out two of my cats had a bladder infection. They always return calls and sometimes even call to check on my boys before I can call them first. The office looks more like a room in your house rather than a waiting room. They care about cats and their parents.
